To deploy SDA files on Netweaver CE 7.1 Java Application Server follow the steps below
  1. Put the SDA files under  /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in
  2. run JSPMfrom /usr/sap/JC/j2ee/JSPM/go.bat
  3. select Hotfix from options
